Terms And Conditions For Ogo Delivery Company
1. Our deliveries and services are performed exclusively under the General Terms and Conditions of Sale set forth hereinafter. They apply also to all future transactions conducted between the contracting parties without requiring further special reference to them. They shall apply also to contracts concluded at a later date even if we do not expressly refer to them specifically, and even if we perform our deliveries or services to the clients without reservation in full knowledge of standard terms and conditions of the clients that are contrary to or deviate from our General Terms and Conditions.
2. The client has full knowledge of our General Terms and Conditions, gained through our price lists, emails, and Internet publications.
3.Onboarding is creating an account and allowing Ogo. Delivery to change and edit full information of clients.
4.In case of any changes in locations and contact numbers must notify the Ogo. Delivery before the upcoming day.
5.Ogo.Delivery has full rights to change our delivery price at any time without contacting the clients
6.Ogo delivery is not responsible for any misplaced order
7.Ogo delivery is not responsible for missing orders
8.Ogo delivery has full right to charge clients once misplaced orders in website
9.All the credit that our customers has in their wallet account will be valid till one year from the last completed order. After the period the amount will be expired automatically from the wallet.
10.Ogo delivery is not responsible for any wrong entry by clients
11.Ogo company has full right to close, suspend, edit clients’ accounts and information.
12.Company has right take legal actions if clients misbehave in social media against the company
13.Clients are not allowed to talk negativity in social media about OGO.
14.All problems and issues must be flagged and coordinated with company via email only.
15.Ogo delivery has right to cancel orders with support of clients
